The Getahead Festival has gone virtual. Follow their team of experts for a day of fitness and fun along with some great advice and tips on how to look after your mental health and wellbeing. Choose from sessions such as a ‘Mindful drink cocktail masterclass’ and ‘How to build your mental resilience with diet and lifestyle’. Notes on a Nervous Planet

A few of our team have read and raved about the book ‘Notes on a Nervous Planet’. Rates of stress and anxiety are rising. We are more connected, yet feel more alone and we are now programmed to worry about everything from world politics to our body mass index. After experiencing years of anxiety and panic attacks, these questions became urgent matters of life and death for author Matt Haig. Notes on a Nervous Planet is a personal and vital look at how to feel happy, human and whole in the 21st century. Well worth reading!

IKEA Meatballs at Home

There’s no getting our in-person IKEA fix at the moment so we’re delighted to hear that they’ve released recipes for their famous meatballs. They are seriously simple to make and IKEA have even included the sauce recipe. Something to do and it will save you a few quid as well.
